CRUISES

People either love the idea of taking a cruise, or hate the idea. I wasn't sure which category I fit in, before I went on a large ship cruise. I don't have my sea legs, I can barely handle fishing for small mouth bass on a quiet lake in Minnesota! Cruising has come a long way over the years and is now one of the most exciting and cost effective ways to travel. The ship is essentially a floating hotel resort with an all-inclusive vibe, of sorts.

At SEA

Most cruise companies offer meals, drinks and Broadway style entertainment included in your fare. Most cruise companies will allow you to leave the ship at the various ports of call without the need to purchase a shore excursion. Cruising is pretty perfect!

Have you thought about spending a week in Honolulu, or would you prefer to take a week to cruise around ALL of the Hawaiian Islands? Do you want to discover several Caribbean islands, or just one resort? Do you want to bring the kids but worry about entertaining them while on board? Let's discuss the amazing options for kids while cruising!

One of the best ways to see some of the most historic cities and medieval structures in Europe are on a specially designed river cruise. River cruising is quite a bit different from ocean cruising, the ships are significantly smaller and have more inclusions. Imagine sitting on your balcony and enjoying your morning coffee as you slowly sail past the magestic gothic cathedral in Cologne, Germany. River cruises are affordable and tend to include air fare. Where have you always wanted to go? Let's see if a river cruise is the perfect fit for your needs.

COASTAL CRUISING

Coastal cruising is one of my personal favorites. There are large and small ship options along some of the most scenic itineraries around the world. The opportunity to sail the coast of Alaska with my family was unforgettable. The ice blue waters were calm and sometimes we were followed by otters, seals and dolphin. From the balcony we could see bear on the shoreline looking for snacks. I'll never forget what a glacier sounds like when it is cracking into the sea! It was an amazing adventure for all of us. Let's discuss a plan to make some Alaskan memories with your family.

The 1800 mile coast-line of Norway is a journey like no other. You'll take part in a ceremony on board marking the time and day you cross the Arctic Circle. If you travel in the winter months, you'll be able to follow the Northern Lights as they navigate your way further up the coast. This particular journey is a once in a life time opportunity! As a Scandinavian specialist let me help you design your coastal adventure in Norway.
